Responsibilities (but not limited to):
As a Architect at
Tebodin Indonesia, you will work in a growing team of dedicated professionals.
Establishing a three dimensional and architectonic
design, in accordance with the by the architect drown up inventory of client
demands, and demands of the environmental committee, applicable legislation and
governmental regulations, needed for the realization of the building
2. Building permit
Acquiring the necessary building permit, consulting
the governmental authorities and fire department in accordance with the
applicable procedures, in order to be licensed to establish the designed
building.
3. Planning
Cooperate to the planning, distribution of work and
coordination of all activities of the building discipline, in accordance with
the contractual arrangements, the demands of the client and in consultation
with the project manager, in order to be able to deliver the project on the
agreed moment in time.
4. Budget
Give a contribution to the control of the project
and investment budget, taking in account the financial resources for the
constructional discipline, and in consultation with the project manager, in
order to be able to execute all planned activities within the agreed resources.
5. Architecture
Supervise and access the documents, in accordance
with the approved project design, in order to be able to deliver the building
in preservation with the original architectural design.
6. Technical specifications
Cooperation in formulating of technical
specifications and cost calculations, in accordance with the preconditions of
the project specification and and real quotations and consulting the project
manager / lead engineer, in order to reach a realistic overview of costs during
the phase of realization of the building.
7. Tender
Cooperation in formulating and presenting a
proposal with regard to the way of tendering and inviting sub contractors, in
accordance with the possibilities and qualifications of the sun contractors and
in relationship with the complexity of work, consulting the project manager, in
order to makei t possible for the client to tender the project.
8. Project assignment
Based on the applications of sub contractors and
consulting the project manager, cooperate in evaluating the proposals of sub
contractors and formulating the project assignment advice, in accordance with
the applicable legislation and regulations, in order to make it possible for
the client to allow the project to the most suitable party.
9. Communication
Prepare reports and initiate and coordinate
meetings and discussions with the disciplines involved and the client, with
regard to the proposal and the realization of the projects, in order to provide
an up-to-date insight into the planned and completed activities and coordinate
activities within the involved disciplines.
Requirements:
· Bachelor/Master Degree in Architectural;
· Previous
experience as Architect for industrial area;
· Minimum
2 years design experience and 2 years as Architect;
· Good
English both in writing and speaking;
· Strong
capabilities in design management, budget preparation;
· Excellent
knowledge of Architectural software
· Excellent
knowledge of International and local Building Codes and Design Standards;
