Lowongan kerja april 2012 : Lowongan mining di PT INDO MURO KENCANA – STRAITS PROCESSING CONTROLLER Job Description: • Develop a standard proper cost control system and ensure that the measures are followed by department heads. • Review all processing cost on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and communicate findings with appropriate departments to focusing activities on continual cost reduction strategies. • Assist in the yearly action plan preparation for all sections and annual budget for both OPEX & CAPEX. • Controlling any cost related to the employee, such as travel, extra issue, PPE, etc. • Assist the technical services team for any other financial analysis. • Supervise and ensure the daily production data has been submitted and entered to the system accurately and in timely manner. • Assist the weekly reagent stock take and reconciliation to ensure no significant variances (if required). • Maintain and complete the personnel database which include any resume, role description, performance appraisal, action being taken, travel records, timesheet and work roster. • Develop a flow of proper filing, implement action and coordinate administrator to ensure it is achieved. • Continually review administration process, storage management and identify where improvement can be made. • Coordinate with Superintendents and Metallurgist to develop a proper KPI as a tool to monitor the production performance • Maintain the SOP register and the SOP storage management for all section. • Coordinate with Superintendents and Supervisors for continually review of the procedures. Competency Requirements: Prerequisite: • Holding minimum a bachelor degree in Accounting. • Minimum 8 years working experience in the Finance & Accounting especially Cost Analysis. • Previous mining accounting and/or administration experience will be an advantage. • Excellent communication in English for both oral and written. • Strong computer skills. Word processing, email function and especially excel spreadsheet. • People management skills, good initiative and creative. • Female and Single. • Willing to work on mine site with special work roster.
