Senior Architect

Responsibilities:
Plans and prepares construction drawings and specifications of project.
Assists in the hiring of architectural and engineering consultants for projects. Oversees the productions of the consultants for accuracy and assurance of compliance to project standards.
Supervises and reviews the work of architectural and mechanical designers and other personnel involved in the project.
Coordinates the ordering of materials and equipment for repair and alteration projects and new construction.
Supervises and participates in the preparation and maintenance of cost records which are used in preparing cost estimates of new projects.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Architecture or equivalent.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Willing to be located in Jakarta Barat.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
